Owned, developed, and syndicated more than two dozen surgical and imaging centers in the U.S. and Israel, navigating highly complex and regulated markets. Founder and majority shareholder of two international publicly traded companies operating in pharmaceutical and food manufacturing/distribution. Former principal and owner of an international voice recognition technology company.

Jordan Low

Co-Founder, President & COO

Former Israeli Defense Forces sharpshooter. Jordan served as a high-level business liaison for an international medical facilities group operating in the US and Israel, cultivating relationships between industry players in both countries and performing due diligence. Summa Cum Laude degree from Georgetown University. Magna Cum laude from Hebrew University of Jerusalem where Jordan learned strictly in the Hebrew language as a non-native Hebrew speaker.

Richard Leimbach

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Served as the Principal of Carrollton Partners as an outsourced consultant to public and private companies. Previously CFO for Game Trading Technologies and Telkonet, and the Manager of Corporate accounting for Snyder Communications. Spent seven years in public accounting at Reznick, Fedder and Silverman, and Wolpoff & Co. LLP. He is a CPA and graduate of Towson State University as well as a member of the Maryland Association of CPA's.

Ben Donivan

Vice President of Operations

20+ years of industrial manufacturing, facility buildout, machine operations, and management experience. Ben has been instrumental in First Breach’s facility construction, equipment installation, and training. He served in the Air National Guard, supporting the C-130, C-5, and C-17 aircraft fleets through the manufacturing and engineering of replacement parts, while achieving the rank of Tech Sergeant and training airmen in metal technology. He later transitioned to the private sector, where he helped improve plant reliability at a transnational cement production facility from 76% to 96%. Ben earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Charleston, graduating Summa Cum Laude
